Free shipping, worldwide

Shipping is included in the price you see. No surcharge at checkout, no threshold to reach.

Printed near you

Every print is produced after you order it — nothing sits in a warehouse. We print through a network of regional partners, so your order is made at the facility closest to you. A print bought in Berlin is produced in Germany, one bought in Zurich in Switzerland.

This keeps transport short and, for most customers, avoids customs altogether.

Times

Production takes 2–4 working days. Carriage is added on top of that: typically 2–3 working days within Switzerland and the EU, 4–8 for the United States and the rest of the world.

All figures are estimates in working days, not guaranteed dates. Peak periods and customs inspections can add time.

Packaging

Every Museartis format ships rolled in a sturdy tube, interleaved with tissue. Nothing is folded, and the tube is recyclable.

A rolled print will want to curl for a day or two. Lay it flat under a weight, between clean sheets of paper, and it settles.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email when your parcel leaves the printing facility. If nothing arrives within 24 hours of that email, check your spam folder, then write to info@museartis.com.

Customs and import charges

For orders produced within your own customs territory, no import charges arise. This covers the great majority of our orders.

Where a parcel does cross a customs border, any import duty, VAT or handling fee is payable by you on receipt. We cannot calculate these in advance and they are not included in the price you pay us.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody collected it, we will contact you. We can send it again against payment of the new carriage, or refund the purchase price.
