The museum's photograph holds enough detail for 55.86 cm of image at 300 dpi, the floor we print to, so the large sheet reproduces it pixel for pixel at 96 % of the painting's width – about two centimetres short of original size. The small sheet prints it at three quarters. We do not enlarge files artificially: an upscaled file adds detail Kandinsky never painted, which is why there is no 1:1 sheet.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eNot available in the United States.\u003c\/strong\u003e Kandinsky died in 1944, so the painting is in the public domain in Switzerland, the European Union and the United Kingdom. In the United States a work first published after 1930 stays protected for 95 years from publication, and this one is still protected there.
